What is Vipra®?

Vipra® is a modular, browser-based Virtual Production Assistant System. It connects with nearly any production machine, captures and analyzes real-time data, and visualizes it in customizable dashboards. It bridges automation, AI, and human input to enable smarter production decisions.

Vipra® goes beyond classic MES or SCADA by offering: modular architecture, machine agnostic integration, AI-enabled insights, and browser-based usability. It delivers faster ROI, smoother scaling, and real-time adaptability.

Vipra® is used by: plastics and discrete manufacturers, operators, QA teams, planners, and managers, as well as OEMs (e.g. Sumitomo Demag under ‘myAssist’). It’s suitable for companies at all stages of digital maturity.
